This privacy policy governs the relationship between the Company for Information Engineering EDUSOFT LTD Skopje ("EDUSOFT", "the Controller", "the Company" or "us") and the user of the website ("the user" or "You") as a subject of personal data, fulfilling our obligation to provide information under Articles 17 and 18 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.

2. Submitting a curriculum vitae (CV)
You may submit your CV, providing your name, surname, date of birth, place of residence, telephone, e-mail and the job you are applying for. Please include only data relevant to possible employment. The process requires consent to the privacy policy and to processing your data for possible future employment.
3. How we collect personal data
You provide your personal data directly by filling out forms on our website — we process only personal data obtained from you. You can check, change or delete it at any time. We do not collect your personal data from other sources.

Data security. We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your data is stored on secure servers located in the Republic of North Macedonia, owned by Edusoft LTD Skopje. Your connection is secured using the TLS cryptographic protocol.
Retention. CVs submitted for possible employment are kept for one year (and, with renewed consent, one further year). Data entered via the contact form is stored for one year from resolution of the request. After the deadlines, data is irreversibly destroyed.
6. Transfer of personal data
We do not transfer your personal data outside of the Republic of North Macedonia.
7. Marketing
We carry out direct marketing by sending notifications to users who have subscribed to our newsletters. You may opt out at any time by unsubscribing or by sending an e-mail to edusoft@edusoft.com.mk.

By connecting with us through social media and e-mail, you agree to allow us to interact with you in order to provide appropriate assistance or advice.

Our contact form requires your name and surname, company, phone, e-mail and message. By submitting, your message is forwarded to us and you receive a confirmation. If you leave additional personal data in the message, you are responsible for its accuracy.

This policy is regularly re-evaluated and, where necessary, changed and supplemented. It was adopted on 12.01.2022 and last changed on 27.04.2022.
