ISO 9001:2000 Standard
Edusoft is organized in accordance with the standard ISO 9001 from June 2002. This system safeguards both our and our customers' interests, pointing us to build up a strategic horizon for our activity, and to identify measurable objectives for its achievement.

According to our Quality Policy, our core goals are to:

1. Understand, serve and meet market needs.

2. Plan, design, develop and maintain Information Technology products in accordance with the possibilities of added value.

3. Measure and analyze the results of our production in accordance with the plan.

4. Continuously improve our production on the bases of objective measuring.

5. Promote cooperation and partnership with the environment.


The strategic plan for 2008 suits our core goals. We defined verifiable and repeatable characteristics as metrics for the following objectives:

1. Increase our market relevance through better understanding of customer needs and improving the participation of enterprises.

2. Ensure real valorization of our production through permanent measuring the costs in accordance with added value.

3. Increase the quality of our production through performing new hardware and software technologies, training and visiting IT exhibitions.

4. Improve the work environment through taking care for the working ambient in the offices.

5. Improve the Quality Management System through further standardization of the processes and pointing new metrics for their analyses and permanent improvements.
