EDUSOFT, in a consortium with NEOCOM and NEXTSENSE, signed a contract with the Employment Service Agency of the Republic of Macedonia for the development and implementation of a software solution, which will facilitate the overall working process of the Agency.
The software solution contains the following three parts, which represent technological and functional elements:
- Part 1. Software for the fundamental activities of the Employment Service Agency, i.e. client oriented services- a web oriented application, with a central database.
- Part 2. Software for the internal operations of the Agency (standard applications for finance and accounting, human resources, calculation of salaries etc., all customized to respond to the needs of the Employment Service Agency).
- Part 3. Implementation of DataWareHouse and Business Intelligence system of the central data base.
When the implementation of the project is completed, it will enable the automation of the entire operating process of the Agency and 30 employment centers throughout the Republic of Macedonia. It will include, among others, the following activities:
- Employment mediation
- Administering various active measures for employment
- Preparation for employment
- Professional orientation
- Employment for persons with disabilities
- Advertising available employment, applying for jobs and signing out
- Record keeping for unemployed persons
- Regular progress reviews for the unemployed
- Entitlement to allowances, for the unemployed
- Entitlement to health insurance, for the unemployed
- Issuing consents for employing foreign citizens
